These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not use or access the Website. The prices and availability of the goods, services and promotions advertised on the Website are all subject to change and availability. This website is for use by people who are 13 years and over only.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your use of this site, together with your account which is provided to you by NoFrixion who host the transactional element of the Website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.

Any personal data we receive from you is kept safe and is stored on a remote server. We reserve the right to make this information available to WordPress who host the Website. In addition, if you register with us for SMS message alerts, we reserve the right to transfer this limited personal data to a third party who hosts our SMS facility. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of BucketHats. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of BucketHats.
WEBSITE: Advertising
We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the Website. Advertisers and sponsors on the Website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.
Use of Promotional Codes
Promotional codes which allow the customer a discount to particular products only applies to products which are sold at full price. Any products that are already discounted cannot be discounted any further with promotional codes or otherwise. Only one promotional code/voucher can be applied to an order.
Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website (the ‘Price’) for BucketHats products (the “Products”) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price from time to time to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the Website are wrong. We are also entitled to make adjustments to the price of Products during sale time and roll out promotions on Products without notice.
Orders
All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We do not file details of your order for you to access so please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within the lead-time shown for each product at the time of purchase, to your stated delivery address, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 28 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a written note to advise that a delivery has been attempted.
Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 working days after your order has been delivered, as per the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001.
We are unable to cancel an order once you have received your confirmation email. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding delivery charges) provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them.
If any Product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We operate a strict notification policy of damages or faults to products. Notifications must be made within 24 hours post delivery. Notification can be made by email to support@buckethats.ie which is monitored 9am to 5.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed every Saturday, Sunday and all Irish Public Holidays.
No claims will be processed or credit provided until the returned items are received at our Online Store – 4th Floor, 8 Harcourt Street, Dublin, Dublin 2 D02 AF58. The items remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Accordance with Specification
Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products. All measurements are approximate.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied (including without limitation, the accuracy, completeness or merchantability, quality or fitness for any particular purpose). We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Website or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.

Student discounts cannot be accepted at BucketHats Ireland Limited.
